Caitlyn and Justin are amazing! They’ve been so responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful! I feel like they always got back to me quickly and were great at keeping me up to date on the claim, can’t recommend enough!

Not the greatest experience with several different claims.

Update: No response. Current claim still in limbo after 7 months with no tangible progress. Commercial claim was started in Spring of 2023. Client has had damaged HVAC units for almost 2 years now. PC claimed they reached out and called several times after this initial post. No evidence of this. Reached out again this past week. No response.

WARNING!!!! Do not do business with this company !!! they filed a claim with our insurance and they never got back to us after multiple attempts. They said they would bring a lawyer to help and all we got was a letter and never heard back from the lawyer . All they caused was for our former farm insurance to drop us from the insurance and the stress of finding another one last minute. Since we had a claim on file lots of insurance companies would deny us. We are very unhappy.

Unfortunately, our company had a horrible experience with this public adjuster. We waited 8 months for a large payout of a claim and were finally sent a check (to the wrong address, though I'd sent multiple requests for our address to be updated).

We deposited the check, and, to our chagrin, the company put a stop payment on it 5 days later. When we reached out, it was impossible to get a callback, nor would the Customer Service representative assigned to the job (Morgan) provide a supervisor contact for escalation. We were only told that payment should be sent within the week.

When the week passed with no communication, I called again and was told that the entire claim was now denied.

Unprofessional communications and disorganized handling all around. Our company has dealt with multiple public adjuster companies, and this is not one I could ever recommend.

Update: No one from Premier Claims ever reached out, though their reply below said they would
