Prime claims has to be the worst company out there the inexperience of their adjusters is incredible. They kept me waiting for months before I heard from anyone and when I did they just referred me to an attorney. They were a waste of my time !!!!!

Like many families impacted by Hurricane Ian, we struggled in its aftermath to get our insurance company to engage with us and provide just compensation. We ultimately realized we couldn’t do it alone and the Prime Claims Team came to our rescue. They took over the reigns by coordinating a contractor to tarp our roof on short notice while preparing the necessary paperwork and evidence to support our claim to include preparing a detailed external and internal survey of property damage using video and thermal imagine. This detailed assessment was vital to our success especially as the insurance company subsequently entered bankruptcy and the Team had to seek compensation on our behalf from the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association. This turned out to be a long and complex process requiring the Prime Claims Team to advocate for us while dealing with the burdensome claims process. Ultimately, we were successful due to the efforts of Prime Claims Team and I am certain that we could not have navigated the insurance claim process without them. The Team was always very supportive and responsive to our requests, and we can’t thank them enough. We highly recommend them.
