Can’t say enough about how professional, knowledgeable and helpful Jeff has been in advising and guiding my roofing project to completion. Without him my results would have been unacceptable - much of the required work not addressed, and I would have received half of the insurance settlement amount. Jeff made sure the insurance adjuster addressed every aspect of the damage, and also kept the roofing company on the right track. While Jeff insured I got all needed, he is an honest guy that never pushed for anything but totally legitimate claims. And he’s a very nice and respectable person. I would like to recommend Jeff Kendall and Prime Public Adjusting if you ever encounter settlement issues with your insurance company. In my case, I had a hail event three years ago my insurance company failed to cover. With Jeff's help we were able to reopen the case with the insurance company, establish that some or most of the damage to the roof, which by now was leaking into the house, was caused by hail, that the concrete shingles were not available in Colorado to potentially repair the roof so the only solution was to replace the shingles at a cost of around $70,000. It took almost 18 months to navigate all the roadblocks and paperwork with the insurance company but they did eventually pay not only for the NEW roof but for the interior damage caused by the leaky roof. During the entire experience, Jeff was always available to answer any of my questions.

I highly recommend Prime Public Adjusting to assist anyone that is having problems with their home insurance claims. As may of you know, major insurance companies are always accepting of your premiums, but difficult to work with when it comes to the insurance company paying full and fair damage claims. When I attempted to negotiate with my major insurance company regarding the damage to my roof and paint siding, they only offered a repair claim of a couple of thousand dollars.
