This business is a scam. Do not work with this company. They are not to be trusted. Just NO!

Update: This company has been paid in full in excess of $10,000 for their services after holding our contents check hostage. Our insurance company had to cancel our contents check that pro claims refused to endorse and send a separate check to them for their portion. The distrust was on their side after we were unsatisfied with their work and wanted to fire them.

they stated numerous times that they would not be taking any our our contents money it was ours but ended up charging so the bill went from $6,000 to $10,000.

Meanwhile their services gained us $10,000...so Net Zero for our claim.

Plus we have to continue to pay them a percentage on everything we get from the insurance company going forward even though they have been fired. That means we will have lost thousands more than we would have had if we had not hired them in the first place.

We were lied to and played and our business was neglected and we had to do things ourselves to keep everything moving by placing continuous calls on our own to our insurance company. That's the truth. GOD IS NOT MOCKED! Do not work with these folks.

And to pro claims you got your money in full....if you didnt play games with the check you would have gotten it sooner...youll get your 4% going forward on evrything elese because its less money and headache to throw you that change. AND don't be sorry, DO better! Black on black crime don't pay!
