We hired PCMI to do a roof insurance claim. Stay away from this company and Carolyn. Carolyn is the epitome of unorganized and unprofessional. She will blame you for her not doing her job. Read her contract carefully. I was shocked she had no complaints so I will be making the fist one with Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions.

Carolyn made promises that she did not fulfill. She and her company are a bunch of ambulance chasers. 2 1/2 years later, my house is still not done. They did not have a porta John for the workers. They simply abandoned the job. They stole my collections, in fact her company came in and stole my collections. Ambulance chasers. Carolyn misappropriated funds, paid a land lord $5K a month when she was doing NOTHING to my house, and he violated my rights as a renter. I’m reporting her to the BBB, the BOC and getting a lawyer. She still owes me a final check. She is the worst, won’t return my calls, a poor excuse. A very bad company. Deserves a quarter of a star, if that.

Carolyn and her team were professional and thorough. If I even need to file a claim in the future, I will make her my first call. So if you are reading this post and you are on the fence about hiring a public adjuster take it from us...you will not regret your decision and/or the results provided by this team. We appreciated everything this company did for us, thank you!

Carolyn agreed to pay me 3% for a claim she is getttng paid 15% on. She promised to contact me when the checks came in. Not only didn't she contact me. She paid me less than 1%. I don't trust her at all
