My husband and I was in a recent car accident, where a big rig truck went into our lane and side swipe the hell out of our car, truck didn't see us and my husband has dashcam and it caught everything, progressive will not cover the cost to repair, they also won't give the quote of how much it will cost. We end up calling the auto mechanic, that gave the quote to our insurance and, the auto repair company said our insurance had deleted the claim. This is shady, our insurance didn't want us to know how much it would cost to repair our car, but the guy who looked at my husband's car remember how much it will cost, so with that being said, progressive will not cover the $9,000 that will repair the car, this review is going out to progressive company in general, they are shady, and a scam company!!!!! They didn't even go after the other guy's insurance, it was our job to contact the other driver's insurance, we be switching insurance, never again with lousy progressive

I’ve had a nightmare of a time with progressive. I purchased a home insurance policy with them and after a couple months they advised I need a to replace my roof and trim my tree. The cost of both of them cost a combine $12000. Everytime I would show them proof it would take them 2 weeks to get back to me. It got to the point where I had a lapse of coverage even after fixing the items almost a month before the final cancellation date. Even while waiting for an email back, I received a quote from another company for $400 less a year. I only went with them because I had an auto policy with them. Whenever it’s convenient for me to leave I will leave them completely.

if i could give this company 0/10 i would. You couldnt pay me to ever have them again as insurance. They call their customers liers and insinuate that you are trying to commit insurance fraud. never go with this insurance unless u wanna waste your money and be called a lier when you make a claim

I'm not insuranced with progressive but my car was hit by one of their drivers they're refusing to pay for the repairs that's caused from their drivers damages and their customer service is not professional at all hanging up the phone and said go with my own insurance to repair the damage from the progressive driver I do not recommend this insurance company to anyone
