The absolute worst Insurance I’ve ever had. I was very clear in the fact that I needed SR 22 Insurance to maintain keeping my license. Shortly after I started up this coverage with Jim Haney at Kitnco Insurance Group-Progressive., I was pulled over and reprimanded for not having a license after just reinstating it, and when I called the department of revenue, I was informed that I may have insurance, but Jim Haney did not care to inform me that he had taken me off of SR 22 Insurance. This company does not care about their customers and what they’re asking for, just a money grab.

AVOID PROGRESSIVE, not worth the money! I know its hard to not to have insurance, but try to avoid progressive insurance. They are expensive and does not cover the repairs properly. It happened to me and they keep saying its a maintenance issue and not due to the accident.
We know why these companies makes billions of dollars of profit every year, its a legal scam.

Progressive is an awful Company that has put me in Collections from 2017for $156.27 they say I owed. They said when I went to another Insurance Company that I did not call and cancel my policy when in fact I did!! They also said I had Snap Shot Wich I never ask for or gave permission to put it on the policy. I cancelled my policy as it was way to expensive and I found something cheaper. I paid my balance in full and they said I did not it expired on it's own for none payment so now I'm in collections and am being forced to pay the amount above so I can get it off my credit. By them doing this they have hurt my credit!! So to anyone thinking of getting them don't and if you have them and decide to cancel your policy get it in writing!!

I do not recommend progressive insurance at all. Zero stars if that was an option. I've had an ongoing issue with them since December and due to their negligence, they're trying to cancel our policy effective today, for a billing mistake they made in December, that I have called every single month about. Every month, they pull the call log, listen to the recording, and tell me they can't fix it that month but they guarantee it will be fixed the next month... Except they haven't fixed it and now they're cancelling us even though it's their fault.

Representatives just keep getting an attitude and telling me that it can't be fixed.
Supervisor just keeps putting me on hold to listen to previous calls.

Terrible company. My car was stolen and recovered and not drive able. They will not pay for any towing expenses or lot expenses and expect you to pay for it. The worst insurance company I've ever seen in my life. I definitely do not recommend them. It's a terrible company.
