The team that replaced my roof siding and gutters were awesome. They communicated well with me regarding my needs concerns they truly exceeded my expectations. When I pull up to my house I admire the new fresh look the curb appeal it has. So happy with the colors I choose it’s a brand new house I stare at it often even rode around the back of house admiring the work. I highly recommend Prolliance and all of the staff they sent out to my home. The first 3 pictures are the before roof was a reddish color. The final pictures of the work afterwards. So far Proliance has been great to work with.

Kevin that showed up and pitched the claim was great, even though I am a pessimist when it comes to anything insurance related. The only hiccup so far was the insurance adjuster showing up before I got home, even though i requested to be there. (Not entirely Prolainces fault but I was pretty clear about that.)

Denise, the Exterior Design Specialist, was very personal and extremely clear and concise. She really made me better about this process.

I will update once roof is installed.

It has been a good and smooth experience. Michele sat down with us and explained the whole process as well answering all our questions and concerns. She was very thorough and patient. After that process was done, Seth would contact me via phone and email. Giving us updates on the progress of the claim, and every time new information was presented, Seth informed us every time. We truly appreciated their attention to detail as well as promptness. Loving the process thus far.

They were able to work with my Insurance company on my behalf to get what I needed. Very helpful. Found stuff wrong with my roof with the drone that I was not aware of . Michelle was thorough. I couldn't be home when the insurance company adjuster came but Proliance took care of everything.

Throughout the whole process Seth did a fantastic job of keeping me informed every step of the process as to who would be contacting me and what i needed to do next.

We decided to go with them for the work. We'll see how that comes out, I think it will be ok
