Our experience with Property & Casualty Loss Adjusters was so great that I am writing a review. Mauricio Del Rio was our adjuster. He was very thorough when he first came to our home to assess the damages we had in our roof. He explained how other damages that we had were caused by our roof leaks as well. He told us that within a few weeks we would have answers and it took much less than that. While waiting, he followed up with us and sent a tarp company to put a tarp on our roof immediately so that we would not incur more damages to our roof. Mauricio was very communicative and kept us informed of the process. After our claim settled, we got a brand new roof and our house looks great! We also had some friends that were going through a similar situation with their roof and we recommended Mauricio. They are also very pleased with his services and have recommended him to family.
