Thomas is literally the best in the business and ultimately one of the fairest and most rational thinking people you would probably ever meet in your life. His wide range view of life makes him suitable for any customer that needs exceptional service. I would refer Thomas to anyone that I love dearly because I know he will treat them as he has the same love and compassion as I have for that person. My home had a huge pine tree fall on the entire house(with us in it) at 135+ mph during Hurricane Ian cracking our foundation amongst a lot of other damage. Property Damage Experts did an amazing job of handling our roof replacement, they took the lead on “talks” with the insurance company and their thorough review and knowledge of the subject matter ensured we got everything covered. There were initial gaps in the insurance estimate, quickly identified and handled. We were pretty much 100% hands off and didn’t have to worry about a thing.
