Jennifer was absolutely a great experience. She was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. She did not try to rush me through the enrollment process and provided several different plans for us to review. She made sure that I would be able enroll in the plan that had me covered the best. I have had several surgeries and did not want to change any of my current doctors. She treated me with as if I was a member of her family and she really made me comfortable. Insurance is frustrating for many folks. It often feels that insurance companies have a primary goal to collect monthly dues, and a secondary goal to avoid paying when you’re owed. Agencies like this one exist to help you find the right insurance, represent you, and help you get cared for when you run into issues or have to make claims.

This agency appears professional and great to deal with. Most of the staff are. However, their response to a basic question about coverages was to drop my family in the middle of a claim. This was wildly inappropriate, extremely unprofessional, and apparent that their value set is simply to make money selling insurance products and not to care for the people of Fremont county.

I had 8 different people pointing fingers at each other to answer a very basic question about our coverage. Ultimately; everyone involved made it abundantly clear that the folks who had to answer the question were the actual agent(s) representing me. After repeated emails, and escalations, they finally called. They did not call to answer the basic question, but rather to drop us. They just said they were going to stop representing us. This was easier than answering extremely basic policy information that is easy to find in when this is your job.

Ultimately, this agency can’t handle the basic functions of what an insurance agency is. Rather than answer basic questions, they’ll keep shrugging their shoulders until they frustrate you as you are the one having experience an issue, and then they’ll drop you out of nowhere.

You get an insurance agent to represent you. This agency doesn’t do that. You’re better getting insurance without an agency than using this company or anything related to providence. Steer clear. Use anyone else, or avoid an agency altogether. But don’t walk into this place thinking you’ll actually be represented let alone advocated for.
