I went into the ER with side effects from a new medication. The symptoms were of a very rare side effect that I was told to watch for directly from my doctor. I was treated as if I was making it up, and made to wait (needlessly) for over an hour in the waiting room. After my doctor returned my call and then called the ER they finally brought me to a room with no door knob. The ER doctor came in the room told me that my symptoms were not text book presentation and therefore I did not have the side effect I claimed. I was not going to receive treatment for what I came in for and there are no other doctors available. I told him that I rarely present symptoms exactly as the text book says and that is why I was given the instructions by my doctor to come in for what I have currently. He argued his "text book presentation" again, and refused to treat me. Needless to say I still have symptoms and my options are to deal with them and hope this possible fatal side effect (if left untreated) doesn't get worse or go to a different hospital.

I had such an amazing experience, a couple weeks ago, giving birth to my 3rd baby. Dr. Korkis was my OB. My husband and I both loved him, He was very kind, professional, and respectful! All the nurses were amazing and I was actually kind of sad to leave them after my 4 day stay in L&D. Sue, the new L&D manager, was one of the nurses working when I had my LO. She was amazing as well! I can't say enough good things about my experience

I can see why the majority of the town calls this place "a revolving door" when it comes to doctors and patients and to literally go anywhere else, even one of the veterinarians in town instead. It can take months to get an appointment to see a doctor, and they won't call you to say your appointment has been canceled until the day of.

I have seen five different doctors in less than six years from this medical center, and I will pay an uber to drive me 45 minutes to see a doctor in another town just to avoid going here. I cannot fathom how many patients have been injured or even died under their care.

First thing I would do is retrain the front end staff on the difference between acute and chronic conditions, especially when they talk down to the patients and say things like "an acute condition is a flu or cold, not what you have." While asthma is a chronic condition, an asthma attack is an acute condition and should qualify for an urgent care visit. You try to go to the ER they'll just waive you off and tell you to go back to the urgent care center. Thankfully I have friends nearby in the medical field or I would be just another casualty of their negligence.

Not only is the staff rude and unhelpful! Lady at admissions needs to be replaced! My aunt went into the ER they transferred her to inpatient while there before shipping her to a different hospital they overdosed her with an anti anxiety medication and gave her Narcan due to there doctors and nurses mess up! Could have killed her! Doctors at a separate hospital found all that in her blood work! Not only that but they also wouldn’t give her daughter any information on where she was if she was okay etc! Not compassionate and uneducated staff! Stay away!!

If I could give them no stars I would. This hospital is awful. I had a miscarriage 6 months ago that they would do absolutely nothing to help me with. I got sent home and told to deal with it. I ended up going to loveland colorado which is almost 5 hours away and went in for emergency surgery due to their negligence. I have been fighting with them for 6 months over medical bills. Either I haven't gotten calls back, have been hung up on, or just not given correct information from their billing department. I work in primary care billing and this is just ridiculous how they treat their clients. LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE to avoid the headache.

Love love love the care my kids always get here! Had a pretty sick kiddo that I had to pick up from school. I called and explained how uncomfortable he was and the symptoms he was having, we were scheduled same day. The nurse who did his covid swab, before we could go in, was amazing about keeping him calm while collecting the sample and comforting him afterwards. The provider we saw did an outstanding job with communicating with him to gather the information she needed, did a thorough exam and prescribed the antibiotics, all in under an hour. The follow up instructions were super clear and reassuring.

if you are looking for any ER care or OB/GYN care DO NOT GO HERE the negligence is unbelievable, went to the ER and I still didn't get any answers.and if you're going for the OB no one cares if you're having problems during your pregnancy, and you'll be told to deal with it. I cannot warn everyone enough DO NOT GO HERE!!

Went in for a head injury near my temple (mind u the most dangerous place to get injured) from a fall I had and they didn’t do an MRI to make sure I didn’t have any damage. Got told I didn’t have a concussion and sent me home. Didn’t think it was serious but now I’m dealing with brain fog in that side of my head and some confusion. Got an MRI appointment from another hospital in the surrounding area. After hearing about the amount of stuff this hospital gets away with, idk how no one has taken them to court and sued them…
