Janelle, per my request, has been keeping in touch with me for about a year. lol I finally found a good time to make it and was really impressed with how Janelle and Kelly made this process so easy. My emails and phone calls were always handled promptly and professionally. The course itself was perfect. These ladies do there absolute best in making sure we have all the material we need to pass. They provided everything I needed as far as the book to study from, additional handouts to make specific topics more concisely available and a writing notebook and writing tools. This course can be quit the investment but absolutely worth it if you need it. Something else that I thought was really awesome and surprised me is that if for whatever reason you need more assistance in passing it, you are allowed to attend as many classes as you want within a year after taking it the first time. That is really awesome. Per my experience in the classroom I don’t think it is necessary but if for whatever reason you need it because of life, it is available. The instructor did a great job with getting through the material and assisting with understanding. These ladies want to see everyone succeed and you can see that through every step of the process!

Janelle was great to work with, I had a lot of moving parts and she dealt with my crazyness making sure that I was signed up and received my course material before the class started.

I was unsure about taking the zoom course as I prefer in-person settings. Nicole did a great job of communicating the information in a way that everyone understood and retained the information. After all was said and done I passed my State exam on the first try.

I would highly recommend Public Adjuster Bootcamp to anyone looking for a class to take.

This was my second time at attempting for the Public adjusters license and it was successful here! Everything was explained and broken down which made it easier to understand the dense wording of insurance. Took the test one time and passed with ease which was not the case before. Thank you to the girls who work so hard over there to make sure everything was organized and professional.

Del the instructor was on par with the best professors I’ve been taught by during my bachelors and masters degree program. He was very enjoyable to listen and to learn from. Because of his knowledge and skills at presentation, I feel the class fee was a bargain.
