So Richard came to our rescue when our newly renovated basement flooded. I honestly thought the repairs were going to be simple considering what I saw on the surface. Richard explained in detail all the steps needed to restore properly!!!! My original thought of 20 grand was way off. Richard took control, called the insurance agency, made appointments, completed all the inventory lists and had my basement completely restored and mold free…… the cost was over 75,000 to complete and I would have never seen that money had it not been for mr. Dank!!!!!! Thanks again Richard. You rock!!!!!

I couldn't have been more satisfied with the help that Richard and his team provided. Following a a pretty serious water damage loss, our insurance company was not willing to pay the amount it would take to properly restore the property's condition. OMG! This company literally saved me from drowning! A frozen/burst pipe caused tons of damage to my basement. The insurance co tried to low ball me. Richard Dank from Champion Adjusters came in and fought for me like he would fight for his own family! Literally saved me from drowning financially. You should never try to negotiate with the insurance company on your own. You should use a Public Adjuster! These guys handled my claim with the insurance company and got me much more than the insurance company was offering and they did all of the fighting for me.
