Pinnacle made it possible for my home to recover from Hurricane Ian. My Insurance carrier would not work with me and was not responsive to my claims. Tom , the Public Adjuster, was patient and kept me informed throughout the journey. Once the large items were settled on, he went further and handled the smaller items needed. Their work resulted in my claim being completed with enough funds to replace my roof and cover other repairs which occured. The office staff were very efficient and stayed in touch with Tom and me so that I was aware of the progress as it was happening. The Pinnacle Team absolutely helped me deal with the stress and frustrations of the process of getting my home back together. I am thankful they were recommended to me and I would endorse them to others with sincere accolades.

I was one of many who suffered property damage due to Hurricane Ian, Fort Myers 2022.
I went through my insurance company, as I thought that was the best way to deal with a insurance claim. However, I felt I was not offered enough compensation from my insurance company as per my damage.
I met a guy called Tom who was with Pinnacle public adjusters. He walked me through how they would take my claim and deal with the insurance company. I was kept in touch by the office staff at every stage. Thankfully Pinnicle came through for me and increased my compensation by 10s of thousands.
Without them the insurance company would of stayed at the compensation number they were happy with and we would of been out of pocket.
I never really understood what a Public Adjuster was for, but if I ever had a claim in the future I would not hesitate to use Pinnicle again.

Pinnacle Public Adjuster Team earned a 5-star rating. Euton and the office staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. They communicated information regarding the process, surveyed our home for water damages and estimated the cost for repairs. I would recommend this company if you need a public adjuster to assist you.

However, Elite EMS Restoration Company that Pinnacle referred to me gets a 1-star rating.

Homeowner’s Big Mistake… Beware!

Due to roof damage after Hurricane Ian, the rainwater leaked into the master bedroom wall. Rob from Elite Restoration Company came out, provided the mitigation, and seemed to be caring at the beginning. Rob was more concerned about me signing the contract before any work could be done.

I called Elite to come back to secure the tarp that was blowing on the roof before another approaching rainstorm. They outright refused to follow up with helping to mitigate further water damage and did not demonstrate any business ethics whatsoever.
They lacked compassion and sensitivity during a time of need. Furthermore, they were only concerned about getting paid. In addition, they ridiculously inflated the charges.

I regret dealing with them.

I would not recommend Elite EMS Restoration Company to anyone.
