I found out about PAM through a friend who also had great success with theirs. I was about to settle my claim with my insurance before she told me to call PAM first. I ended up getting nearly 6x more than what the insurance was originally going to pay out for my water damage. Aaron and Sean were a dream team to work with. Small homework on my end in pulling some paperwork together and then they took everything from there. Prior to getting them involved, I had spent so many hours going back and forth with the insurance. Once they took over, they made it so easy and stress free. I would recommend PAM to anyone who has experienced any damage to their home. They will advocate and negotiate on your behalf to maximize your settlement. I could not recommend them enough. And a special thank you to Sean for going above and beyond in customer service!!

Our family had an excellent experience with Pam Adjusters. They came in, walked us through the entire process, and helped us get what was due for our insurance claim. The team takes care of you like family and truly understands what needs to happen to get you going in the correct direction. The only thing we wish was different is that we had found them when the loss first occurred. We never want to have to make a claim, but if we did, we would always turn to them first. Highly recommend their services!

Before I contacted PAM i never knew that a company like this existed. I always thought my insurance company was working for me. After a relative told me about this company I contacted them. The gentleman from PAM, came out after my initial call. Told me what they can do to help get everything that I could get from my insurance claim. He walked me through the process. Within hours, they took over my contact with my insurance company. My stress went down once they got involved!! They came out again, when the mitigation company was doing what they needed to do, to make sure everything was going the way they told me it would. They have followed up to check in and see how the work is going. I would definitely recommend using PAM with your insurance claim to make sure you get what you deserve.

We had an incident at our home in the middle of the night that had water running from our 2nd floor bathroom all the way to our basement. I had recently heard an advertisement for PAM on the drew and mike show and called them before anyone else. They immediately had a crew out to my house to dry it out and assess the damage. They took control and did everything. I never had to talk to my insurance company or anyone other than Rob and Aaron from PAM. I cannot believe how stress free the whole process was. They always kept me in the loop and answered any questions I had. I was never sent to voicemail when I needed them. The best part is they got me more for my claim than I ever thought I would get. When I say more, I’m talking like 4X more than I thought. I am so grateful that I heard about them. Thank you Aaron and Rob! And thank you PAM!

We heard about PAM from a Podcast (Drew & Mike). We were about to make a claim on some damage from an ice dam on our roof over the winter. We thought "why not give it a shot", and called them. Professional, educated in their field, they brought things to our attention we would have NEVER considered. They filed the claim, they dealt with our adjuster. We didn't have to lift a finger. We thought our claim would be somewhere around 4k to 5k. PAM got us north of 20k. We are so glad we decided to engage them. They are so service oriented. I got a referral from some one that used to be an insurance agent to call P.A.M. based on my friends experience in the industry I had to act on that referral , how could I not. At 10 p.m. on Friday I discovered sewage coming up in my basement and I logged onto their website and registered my info and got a call from Robert at 8 a.m. Saturday the next morning . The team is communicative, knowledgeable and responsive. I would have settled for much much less from my insurance company because I didn’t understand my policy but P.A.M. acting in my favor made everything stress free and I never had to speak to the insurance company
