Horribly disappointing experience with John Fuentes. Being a victim of a natural disaster is uncontrollable. Being treated poorly by the insurance company after the damage is bad enough but when you HIRE a company and the owner / representative for that company, John Fuentes, tells you everything you want to hear, about how he will go after the insurance company, fight for you, be your voice to get you the maximum amount for your claim, has a fiduciary duty to represent you. But instead settles for a fraction of what he claimed, without your approval...

DO YOUR RESEARCH... Before hiring him. Do your research...
Ask... How he will negotiate for you on your behalf, as to see proof of his interactions with your insurance company. Hold him accountable. He is governed by FAPIA (Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters)
In my opinion, he is a scam...taking advantage of desperate people in some of their most vulnerable time of need... Sad and petty, as is his work ethic and business practices...

I met with Sarah Pinner with All Service Adjusting. she is very knowledgeable about the insurance industry. She told me that no ones personal insurance rate will go up after a natural disaster so go ahead and make a claim. I would trust her to go out and fight those big insurance companies.
