I am a 59 year old woman with some progressive disabilities, which limit my ability to walk. For that reason I needed to sell my 3 story townhouse. The stairs were just becoming a bit too much for me and it wasn't safe for me to stay as I live alone. I was on a very tight timeline because I was also building a handicap accessible house and I needed to time my move with the builders schedule. Evan listed my place with only a few days notice. He immediately held an open house and then the showings began. Within a week I had an offer for the amount we had listed as the selling price.
