I had heard about RT Thomas and how they were particularly good in dealing with small businesses, including women and minority owned startups. I met with agent Lauren Castillo who, although pregnant (due this month) met with me personally 4 times, reviewed my prior policies and reinsured my home and cars at a substantial savings of $1000s I originally had insurance with Micelli a/k/a Aboussie. Tina Micelli over charged me for everything and even placed me with coverage I did not need, request or qualify for, with premiums taken directly from my bank account without notice. Lauren Castillo is the BEST! and even introduced me to Ms Rayna Thomas Walton, the proud owner and founder of RT Thomas Insurance, LLC, near University City on Delmar near Hwy 170.

Leanna is the best! She always seeks what's in her clients' best interests.
