I had water damage from a broken wash machine (see pics, water poured through the floor where the light fixture is downstairs). These guys did a fantastic job. They were prompt (response time), professional and thorough. I was impressed with their knowledge and appreciated that they took the time to explain what they were doing.

Outstanding professional service. Same day response.
We had a refrigerator water line leak for 6 months, which ruined our flooring throughout our entire house.
Jake and Jamie were absolutely wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to help us out. They were flexible, professional, kind, and deeply dedicated to their business. They did all of the work with our insurance company, which truly eliminated a great deal of stress from an already stressful situation. Their team was thoughtful and considerate with our belongings and took their time labeling everything that was removed so the construction team wouldn’t have to hunt for items. Couldn’t have had a better experience and we can’t recommend them enough! Thanks again to everyone at Rainbow restoration.

I want to thank Denise and Justin so much! Denise was able to get me scheduled last minute and Justin did an amazing job! The carpets were horribly stained and heavily exposed to cigarette smoke. Justin took his time and made sure to improve it so much. I can now safely walk on my floors without secondhand exposure to nicotine and made the whole place smell so much better! The stains will never be fully removed but he was able to improve the appearance 80%!! (No way to be more without buying new carpet!) Amazing job and I highly recommend Rainbow Restoration and especially Justin!

Rick and his employees were compassionate and consistent in their work with me after my house fire. I was out of town and found out I had water in my basement. I contacted Rainbow on Tuesday to begin mitigation. They did not start work and did not return my call and finally called me the following Monday. I believe there was much damage from their inactivity. I called to talk to the owner thinking he would want to know and never received a call back. But I say thanks to ServPro!

We called on December 8th and made an appointment for the 29th for an apartment we are moving out of. Called back on the 28th to confirm the time and they have no record of us and no availability until at least the New Year. No time to book someone else at this point, so most likely going to lose our deposit. Very disappointing.
