Rosie has been such a pleasure to work with. She always assists me with any questions or concerns I have. Her positive and patient demeanor makes me feel like a valued client and not just another account holder. I also appreciate her keen professional skills, along with her short turnaround responses. I’ve noticed that when she’s out of the office, the other girls (Brenda, Norma) are willing to jump in and assist me without hesitation and with the same skill set.
