Excellent service and a quick reminder to come by to sign papers. Very nice people there and it didn't take long to get a quote either! Recently had the loss of a truck and a camper. We dealt primarily with Kate. Two claims at once was a little challenging for us but the State Farm offices in West Plains and elsewhere just took it in stride. Kate was helpful in getting information to the appraisers which was especially important with this type of travel trailer. A good experience.
