We had our Tucson Estates mobile home insured with them. When the carrier decided to pull out of AZ, Randall was supposed to find replacement options for me. After an in-person visit, plus a phone call or two, they just kept putting me off. I had to find another agent to use. I would not recommend Randall.

We feel Sue did not give full disclosure or due diligence to her client or to our agent. Led us to believe the negotiated price would be above appraisal as agreed. Sorry, cant trust her..
