Hearing that a loved one has cancer is the hardest thing you will ever hear BUT feeling like you have someone who knows how to make the process easier on the inside is the biggest blessing I have ever had. Reinhardt Insurance Company did that for my family. They took us thought the whole process and allowed me to take care of my family without having to worry about how to file and process claims. They were helpful, caring and honest. I could never had done this without them:) Love them all🥰

I could not be more pleased with the professional manner in which Laura Holder handled the quoting of my insurance business. She had side by side comparisons of her proposal and my existing coverages. She concisely explained where she would recommend changes and why, not trying to sell me something, but rather so that I could make my own informed decision. I've been with the same insurance company for 40 years, but because of the impressive job Laura did getting me better coverages for less money I've moved all of my business to the Randy Reichardt Insurance Agency. A great group of folks who pride themselves on outstanding customer service!

I had a wonderful experience here. The girls here were very helpful and took the time to explain all of my available options. They were able to speak normal English instead of the goobbly goop that other insurance agent tend to speak. I would highly suggest going in and talking to them. I usually hate going into an insurance place because they tend to try and pressure you into switching to their company. This place isnt that way. They don't try to pressure you at all. They answer any questions you have but don't try to strong arm you into a policy. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
