My experience with R&A was unexpectedly positive. Dealing with insurance claims is often a hassle, but this time was different. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Joseph Smith, and he was truly exceptional. From the start, he was proactive, reaching out to me by phone, responding quickly to my email inquiries, and keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Terrible Service. Been trying for months to get a hold of the adjuster, Walt, and he never responds. Do not get insurance with any carrier who uses this TPA. I'm actually dumbfounded at how no one can respond to multiple voicemails or emails after months.

We had a car transported across multiple states. While traveling it was severely damaged. The transportation company is using Raphael & Associates for their insurance. It took them over 3 weeks to even begin the claim. They approved the estimate to repair the car. Although the car has been repaired 2 weeks ago, they still have not paid the bill. I have reached out via email and phone and only get a response of "We are still waiting for a response". We have been without a car now for 3 1/2 months. Over 6 weeks of this is due to insurance delay.

CONSUMER BEWARE
If I could leave no stars I would, carry insurance pay like were supposed to and then when its time to make a claim because my insurance company uses this joke of a company for claims, they wait 7 weeks after submitted claim to find a bunch of lame excuses as to why the claim is not covered. Will be dropping our insurance company as well as making everyone we know aware of how scandalous thsi company truly is and doesn't help but rather the opposite!

I hate insurance people but I have to say that this was an unexpected experience. Yea the process is terrible, long, never moves as fast as you want, but having someone who is responsive to an email/call and genuinely moves things along is all I could ask for. These guys always followed through with what they said they would do, managed my expectations well and kept me informed along the way. Let's face it, the process is kind of broken but they did everything that they could to take the burden and get me taken care of. Communication is key and they delivered.

Please refuse this insurance, I had a small fire and my claim has been transferred to 5 different adjusters and almost impossible to get help. I am still waiting and its been over 6 months and 3 weeks ago I was told it was sent off for approval but still nothing. Also you have to fight tooth and nail to get the additional living expenses they still haven't paid me for all I've turned in!
I also had a theft claim while away from my home because of the fire and I reported it about a month after the fire the police came out and made a report! This insurance company would not even send out a adjuster to look at the damage that was caused by the thrives? They broke the glass on my French doors and busted the lock on my shop to gain access. They got away with $80,000+ of my salvaged contents that I had boxed up from the house! Not one phone call, not one visit not nothing from these people. Two weeks ago when I was checking on the fire claim the dumb adjuster is going to ask me how they had time to get that much without anyone seeing? I told her if she or they would have investigated like they are supposed to do in a timely manner they would have been told that my neighbors did see people at my home removing things and I've had two other attempts to rob me since then also that's been reported. Still waiting to hear something about either of these claims! On the theft claim its had two adjusters? I can't tell you 1 thing the 1st adjuster did on this claim and the 2nd adjuster acts like she's only been an adjuster for a very short time! I would not use this company ever again and I am at present looking for another insurance provider! I see now why they are cheaper than everyone else but if they don't help you when you need it, I guess it would have been better just to not paid them the premiums and kept it for these two claims! Take my word for it this company is sorry and I don't expect them to be around much longer with treating customers the way they do and have I'm not the only one that feels this way!

One of the worst, if not the worst adjusters to work with. It took 2 weeks to get approval on wind/hail damage claim and it took over 2 months to get payment. I am still struggling to have supplements approved as they didn't initially include them in their initial approval. Neighbors were able to get repairs done weeks after the damage, I am having to wait months due to their negligence. STEER CLEAR & AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
