I have used Hector Rodriguez from Rapid Adjuster several times to open claims, not only for myself but also recommended him to friends and clients of mine.. After the carrier short paid our claim. We contacted Rapid Public Adjusters to assist through the claims process and our adjuster Ivan Botero was able to give us the help we needed. My husband and I are so happy we found Rapid Public Adjusters! Hector was professional, knowledgable and efficient. He showed up at our house the following day and processed our claim on time. He was always there when we had a question or needed to clarify something. He also fought for us, and advised us to make the right choices in order for us to receive a better settlement. In the end, we received so much more that we initially thought we were going to receive. We were able to replace our entire roof. I am so glad we found Hector, glad that we trusted him and we followed his advice. Michael Dominguez was a pleasure to deal with, always communicative, professional and extremely helpful.
