I’m so pleased with Rapid Restorations work. We had an emergency situation with our water heater failing and causing massive water damage. They showed up and did a great job. It was a stressful situation with dealing with the damage on top of insurance and they were always there to support and answer any question. In July I reached out to Rapid Restoration regarding some water damage under my kitchen sink. They were quick to get a time scheduled to come check everything out and Max put together an estimate for my insurance company. Once the claim was approved by my insurance, they were able to come out to get started on fixing everything. My insurance company ended up approving for a full upgrade of my kitchen, as everything was outdated. Vik was my main point of contact throughout the time they were working on things. He was consistent with his communication, he always kept me informed on when contractors would be coming over, what work they would be doing, and when I could expect it to be done. If there were any issues that arose, they were quick to find resolve and ensure I was satisfied with everything going on. Vik was really great in providing me recommendations, but also reinforcing that everything was up to me. He never came across pushy in any way, and was always extremely helpful with providing insight on products, colors, styles, etc. I appreciated this so much, because this was my first time doing any upgrades or changes to my house, and there were things that came up that I would never think about otherwise. They truly went above an beyond to make sure I wasn't just settling, that I was designing the kitchen I wanted. All of the contractors did a great job and the work was completed within the estimated timeline given to me at the beginning of it all. I am in love with my new kitchen and I absolutely would use them again if I ever needed it and I highly recommend their services!

I recently used Rapid Restoration and Remodel to repair water damage in my bathroom. I was very pleased with all aspects of their work. The mitigation involved removing the toilet, sheetrock, flooring, vanity, to dry out all the moisture. David made sure the rebuilding went smoothly. His communication was great! I always knew when and what the workers would be doing. They did an awesome job, very skilled, punctual, respectful, and always cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.

We called Rapid Restoration in January of 2024 after a freeze caused a burst pipe in the top story of our 100 year old house. The water had flooded down through the ceilings, walls and even poured out light fixtures until it reached the basement. With the town under ice, my partner and I took our four month old baby and two cats to a hotel and started calling around. Many pipes burst across town so it was hard to reach someone with time to help. Rapid made us a priority and didn't waste time before documenting the damage, drying it with fans, and getting in touch with our insurance to make sure they new the extent of necessary repairs. There were a few set backs in the demo and remodel process because our house needed additional repairs. We were impressed with how well Rapid was able to negotiate with insurance to make sure they covered what was damaged and needed to be repaired. Vic in particular was very considerate and clear in his communication and made sure we ended up with a home that was safe and comfortable for our family. It is also very beautiful and much more functional than before the remodel. The red, white, and black pictures are "before" and the green kitchen and blue bathroom are "after".
