I've had a flawless driving record for most of my adult life, but had two minor fender benders and one major accident in the past year. Absolute worst customer experience I've ever had. The owner Sir Maple strung me a long for 5 days promising to call me back and close the deal. I had to call this guy back everyday for him to tell me that he would call me back and he never did. I was practically throwing money at Maple and he just didn't want it. Wasted my time and energy. If you're a fan of professionalism definitely find a different insurance broker to work with.
