My wife and I recently worked with Martin to refinance our commercial rental property and I cannot express enough how impressed we are with his service. From the initial consultation (02/23/24) to signing (06/07/24), he made sure to understand our financial situation, our needs and goals. He was patient with our questions and took the time to explain the current market. No broker out there can make promises, but out of the 5 brokers I was in contact with, he came through with the best rates/terms that couldn't be beaten by others. I wanted a fixed rate with this current market, but he showed me all the options available and gave me his professional advice. In the end, after 3 months and 15 days, we signed and couldn't be happier. Overall, our experience with Martin was outstanding.
