I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I have been with Farmers for years. Ray Cheng is always available and one hardworking agent. He always gives my family and I the best rates. I would not dream of changing insurance because Ray's customer service is outstanding. From the moment I got my first car in 2012 I went to him and that was it. Ray is absolutely amazing! He was extremely responsive and very helpful in securing my home and auto insurance policies. He provided me exactly what I needed and also gave me very specific tips/things to be aware of to make sure the process was as seamless as possible.

Home insurance - I needed home insurance for a new build construction. He worked diligently with me and my lenders to make sure I had the right policy. He also helped me avoid duplicating payment on my policy by having it correctly configured in alignment with my mortgage terms.

Auto insurance - He had me ready to go in about a day! He provided great advice on what coverage I should consider given my financial/home situation.

Overall, he has a great positive attitude and is very transparent/straight forward/honest -- I am very satisfied and happy Ray is my agent and highly recommend you/everyone to work with him on your home & auto insurance plans.

I have been working with Ray for over 4 years, I don't always give 5 stars, so this is big for me. I have 2 cars and my renters Insurance with him. His group are always looking at ways to save me some of my good old hard earned money. He answers the phone and knows who I am whenever I call. He is up to date on technology, so he pulls my info right away. So I am highly recommending this Insurance team to anyone that would like an honest and reliable company.. Ray you rock !

Ray Cheng's Insurance Agency has been very helpful with my auto and renters insurance. They are very competitive, but also very nice over the phone. They went through all the coverage and reasons why I should have them, which I never really understood what I had been covered for before. I checked around other companies in Santa Ana, and a lot of them even though were less expensive, they were super shady! I feel so much more comfortable here. Thanks for the great service!

Ray and David are hands down the best in the business. I had them for a year or two and they always treated my quickly and efficiently with anything. If i had an accident, change of vehicle, adding a vehicle anything, they always treated me as THEIR customer being on the same team with options on coverage and price points that were always fair. (even for me with a terrible driving record) I dropped them because a friend that was an insurance broker told me he can beat the prices. He did that and I switched however, I got into an accident with the other insurance and they took their time to do anything about it. They treated me as if they didn't want to cover anything that had happened questioning me like they were against me instead of with me. As soon as that happened I sent an email to David and within 20 minutes received an email back saying welcome back Michael how can we assist you and received coverage for two cars at great prices within a day. While getting coverage set up, David had left the office early but Ray was there to take it over and finish the paperwork with me as they work as a true team. They treat you like family here and are willing to do whatever it takes to keep you happy and covered. I do not see me moving from dynamic duo ever. Trust and believe they will go above and beyond for you.

Ray and staffs are very helpful! They are always very patient with my inquires and would get back to me in a timely manner. I was on my way to the airport on my vacation and had forgotten to add a temporary coverage for my rental car. Ray quickly responded to my urgent request and made my trip so much easier.
You can get insurance anywhere, but you should do it here because of the customer service. Ray has been writing my insurance for the past 10 years. I trust no other agency.
