We worked with Amber to sell our home in Billings, MT recently. We were impressed with Amber's professionalism, organization, clear planning, reliability, and consistent communication regarding the sale of our home. From our first sit-down meeting with Amber to the day of closing, Amber was there for us. We had already moved out of State and had limitations on our ability to organize/coordinate everything that needed to be addressed prior to our listing. Amber said she would handle everything on our behalf. She was true to her word. She made a difficult situation so much easier for us. We highly recommend Amber as a realtor. Placing our trust with Amber was the best decision we could have made. She was a true advocate for what was in our best interest throughout the entire process. Amber did a great job of selling my Mom's house. She gave us good solid information up front in terms of the home's condition, market and pricing, provided professional photographs complete with staging the home and suggesting items that needed to be corrected / repaired / replaced to make it as marketable as possible. This is the 3rd home Amber has assisted various family members with and we would welcome an opportunity to work with her again. Great Job Amber !!

Amber hustled from the very first moment I reached out to find a realtor. First, Amber returned my call more quickly than any of the other five agents I contacted to discuss listing my property. As a former rental, the property needed a “little TLC” (a lot of work actually), and I would need someone who could get the house on the market without my involvement. Amber made assurances she had a team that could get right to work and take on all the projects necessary before being listed. Jeff and Amber are fantastic realtors. They staged the house which makes the presentation of the home better than empty rooms. The pictures and video are amazing too. We just went through our second home purchase with Amber and her team, as always they are the best in town. We didn’t follow Amber’s advice up front by going to an open house before ours was ready to list. After calling to give her the news, Amber jumped right to work without hesitation, navigated us through the process of listing our house ASAP. She was able to get multiple offers for our house within a week of listing and closed within 30 days. Then we were onto finding our next family home. She did a fantastic job on talking with us about what we wanted vs needed in a house. You can’t always find a house that hits 10 out of 10 but you can get to an 8 or 9. After finding a place, she helped us through the purchasing negotiations, guided us through contractor appointments from the home inspection, to repair estimates, etc. Amber is up front and honest through every step of the process. Our family will always call on Amber and her team first. As we consider them part of our family.
