I just closed on a home in July, I told her she would get a check for the first year of home owners insurance. Apparently I didn't make myself clear, she then not only billed my finance company over another year and my house payment went up, she owed me 1500.00 in over payments. Well, I hope I can get this all straightened out or we will have a big problem. I have made the payment back to my escrow account.

Hands down would not recommend to anyone. If you value your property and want it protected this is not the place to go. They have terrible costumer service and even worse adjusters. Please save yourself time and money and look elsewhere.
