Very responsive and helpful team during the quote and buying process. Rebekah was very quick on her replies and running through many options on coverages, deductibles and various policies. Her team was very helpful in setting up payments, finalizing documents and getting the policies issued. They also stayed on the phone with me until everything came through I needed to complete the transactions. Given the lack of responsiveness with my prior agent, this level of service was very refreshing!!

About a year ago, my previous agency stopped handling personal lines after about a decade of supporting me. I didn't think I cared who handled my existing policies after that, but I do!

You see, I am a high-maintenance customer. I have dozens of questions, I am slightly insufferable due to having worked "in the industry", and I'm sure the commission from my small premiums don't align with the amount of effort I request of the team.
