I'm updating today from 3 stars to one star. I was belitted, talked down to, and made to feel horrible for not being able to afford more a month. We are a young family doing the best we can. We will from now on be doing our best to avoid having to use the JC hospital due to this company.

Its really hit or miss depending on who you talk to. I can't recall the name of the older gal working there (maybe Julie? I'm unsure) but she is very hard to work with. I've spoken to a few other gals and they are wonderful. I understand they handle the finances for medical bills. But a little kindness definitely goes a long way.

Not great.all Julie did was hang up on me twice...was not willing to work with me but wanted to dictate how much my payments should be...wanting $100 a month and there is no way I can afford that. Will not be taking my family to Johnson County healthcare if these are the retards they have working for them. SHAME ON YOU.

Have been trying to reach someone for 3 days at the sheridan office. Left phone# and messages, still haven't received a call back. How do you expect us to make a payment if you don't answer. Your name doesn't fit the business.
