Priscilla Vega with RIA Adjusters is a very fair and honest adjuster. In our time of need, she did not take advantage of us and gave us accurate advice on how to recover for our flood damages. She continued to support us the entire time and made the process as easy as it could be when faced with a FEMA emergency. She is extremely knowledgeable and at the same time compassionate. It’s so important to be able to trust someone after major hurricane damage. Would highly recommend in any emergency situation.

I work for contractor working on billing and I have to say, Priscilla has been GREAT to work with. When I see her listed as the adjuster on a claim that I will be working on, I know that I will have no issues with communication and know that I won't be left wondering what's happening to the claim. I am sure the other adjusters are good but just have only worked with Priscilla. Always super friendly on the phone too!

Daniel and his team did a remarkable job getting my wife and I the correct coverage we had (per insurance contract) for hail damage to our roof. Initially the insurance company tried to only cover a small portion of the damage caused by the natural disaster until RIA and Daniel got involved! We ended up getting a fair shake and only had to pay for the deductible and associated fees on our roof replacement per RIA’s assistance. Definitely 5 stars for this team!!! Thanks a bunch!!!

Being my first claim I had no idea of the process, after speaking with Daniel Sifir I was more comfortable with the process. He was professional and informative and patient answering all my questions and giving informative valuable information need to go forward with the claim.
I was pleased with the outcome and would recommend using his services again. I would not advise anyone to place a claim without an adjuster.

She’s very knowledgeable of the whole claims process and will explain your rights to you as a home owner when it comes to dealing with your homeowner’s insurance. She does her best to get help get you the settlement that you deserve. I would definitely recommend R.A. to anyone!
