THE WORST EVER! My account with Amazon keeps getting suspended even though I paid it for the whole year and no changes are made since renewal. At list 10 times in the span of six months. Keep emailing and calling them and they fix it for a week or two and then it happens again. You can’t talk to a supervisor or manager because they will drop your call and you have start all over again. At list 45 min wait till someone answers and then another 30 min for them to fix it. Just in the last 10 days my account has been suspended 4 times. Very unprofessional. I wish Amazon will see these reviews and drop them and go with someone else. 🤞

If you want to spend hours on the phone listening to hold music on loop this is the company for you. They also don't update insurance records in a timely manner yet state they will "in the order they are received" but weeks later nothing changes. They are incompetent and I would say they act in bad faith but it appears they don't act at all.

Again and Again no matter how early or responsible a contractor or carrier is for filing earlier prior to expiration or renewal insurance. This company will leave you hanging on the phone for 6 to 7 hours daily and hang up. To resolve an issue is impossible with this company. Countless loads have been lost because of this company to simply upload the renewal insurance. A reminder your loads will also be rejected due to their laziness of following up or proceeding to upload. If you renew your insurance 2 days before expiration; Let's say 2 weeks in advance.. this company will still leave your carrier hanging and on the phone with no results.
Update: 10/17/2024 - This company RMIS for its unreliable response to take action of doing their job will leave your account /load board suspended. After all the conversations I've had and heard it all leads right back to RMIS. At the end; it's a suicide mission every year dealing with RMIS 😡

Well, I am wondering how they still can have a 2,6 star as an average rating. All comments that I found for the last year or so are not above 1 star. And I agree, I have an issue with my W9 which they say does not match with IRS information. Well, it does but looks to be an issue on Rmis side.
Not able to get them on the phone, whatever # you try. Loosing business only because of them.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would! We have lost numerous loads because of them. It is nearly impossible to speak to anyone there, by the time you do and whatever the issue maybe is resolved the vehicle is gone. I can't tell you how much money this company has cost our company. It's a true shame that so many brokers are using them.

This company's customer service is a sheer debacle, exhibiting a gross disregard for customer experience. Despite doggedly calling for two days straight, my pleas for response were met with a deafening silence. Furthermore, my repeated requests for a callback were blithely ignored. It's as if customer service at this establishment has simply evaporated. A thorough disappointment and a gross mishandling that's left me feeling utterly frustrated. NO STARS

This is an important company for the trucking industry, yet their customer service is non - existant. You can spend hours on the phone and no one will answer. They do have an option for a call back, but unfortunately it never works, you'll never get the return call. So basically this appilcation and website are pretty useless. Brokers shouldn't depend on this app for their services, this app is not reliable. I have an issue with the certificate of insurance that hasn't benn updated on their website or data base and it's been a week with no resolution. Hopefully someone at the company read this review and take action to better their service. God forbid you'll loose your password for their site, you will never get it in again !!!! LOL it's kind of comical this situation.

Have not seen less professional services than these. They mess up carriers’ insurance filings because of very easily preventable technical issue. So here it is. When carrier’s insurance policy expires Amazon warns carrier that Amazon relay account will be cancelled 2 days prior insurance expiration. So carrier renews insurance let’s say 10 days before expiration. However RMIS will not update this for Amazon unless cancellation day comes but remember Amazon drops carrier 2 days before cancellation. So they cannot solve this simple issue what do you expect from them?
