Unfortunately we came home to a water leak! Something that was very foreign to us and didn’t know where to start and who to call. Karen from Reliable Public Adjusters was great. He helped me and my family with our insurance claim after our house sustained water damage. Our insurance originally sent a check for little over $30,000 for the damages. After talking to few contractors I realized there is no way I could repair my house with $30K.

We hired Karen and he got approval for our temporary housing within 2 days. He fought with insurance company and settled for $68,000. He even got additional $7,000 for our furniture which originally insurance company was telling us that it cannot be damaged from water. I am glad we hired Karen to help us with our claim because he was fighting with insurance company as if it was his own house.
