We moved here from Nebraska and we found Susan. Susan was amazing! We had a complex case with our policies set up back in NE and she handled it with a smile. We know she worked tirelessly on our cars and we could not be more grateful. She even got to know us a little bit and made tons of recommendations about places around the Sonoma county. By the end of the couple of weeks she took to make everything right (did I mention how complex our cases were?) I felt like I knew her like an old friend.
