Terrible place that doesn’t know how to work with family/parents. Undermines parental decisions, makes “team” decisions behind parents backs. Clinical staff is a joke, who befriends and oversteps professional boundaries. The only trustworthy, knowledgeable staff is Jack who is on his way out the door. If you want your relationship ruined - this is the place to send your youth for help.

this is important information ryc is not a good place to send your kids for treatment, there are a lot of problems with the way the place is run. staff can’t properly do their jobs, they will be very rude and obviously as well as the clients. if another client is bullying you the staff will dismiss it. the staff pick favorites and deny. the supervisors and directors do the same. Staff do not know how to deal with situations properly, there’s more to it but i recommend you do not send your kids here for help. This is coming from real life experience. Please trust me on this.

Nobody "wants " to have to reviee a place like this. But my kid feels safe and i appreciate the absolute timeliness these guys were able to get my kid in for some help. They really are lifesavers.

Harass everyone in the general vicinity of the building, think they own the town. Pulled over 4 million a year in state funds despite providing little or zero services. Almost all of it goes to pay themselves fat wages on the government dime. Used stimulus money to pay people to repave their driveway.
