The Marks as we called them, did not even represent us but instead were the brokers representing the sellers in our deal. They always were available for us or our attorney (via email or phone) and were willing to work through the mud to get the deal to close. So many curveballs can take place during the journey to a close, many unexpected and all equally likely to derail the deal. We had so many of these. Yet, each one, the Marks pulled everyone together and figured out how to keep it moving. We were first time business buyers and would 100% recommend Resolution Partners on either side of the deal.
