I had a unique situation in that my wife who has a condo in Florida accidently let her insurance lapse. The Florida insurance was with a State Farm and since I was traveling I asked if Pamela from Reuben's office in Juneau, Alaska could call the Florida agent to get the condo policy reinstated. Without blinking an eye Pamela did just that and the policy was reinstated. I could have done that myself when I arrived back in Florida however Pamela saved me a lot of time and a lot of hassle. Thanks Pamela for going the extra mile. I truly appreciate it. That is just of the reasons I continue to work with Reuben's office
