We normally don't write reviews, but working with Rhino Public Adjusters has been amazing! Our insurance company denied our hail and storm damage claim. This was quite frustrating as everyone in our neighborhood was getting new roofs and other repairs made to their homes.

We tried to work with the insurance company on our own (over several months), but became frustrated. We felt like the insurance company was not negotiating in good faith on our claim. After fighting with the insurance company and getting an engineer to look at the roof, and receiving what we thought was a ridiculously small settlement amount, we decided to hire someone who would advocate on behalf of our interests.

Once Tim and his team from Rhino Public Adjusters got involved, they were able to make excellent progress on our insurance claim. I know we would not have gotten the insurance claim outcome if Rhino was not working on our behalf. Rhino was able to get us a new roof, gutters, windows and other items replaced that the insurance adjuster just didn't see.

Rhino and the team are experts in this business! Rhino works directly with your insurance company as your agent! They are knowledgeable in insurance policies, building codes, and they know how to negotiate with the insurance company to get to a successful outcome. We are thrilled they held our insurance company accountable, delivering on the policy terms that we had always thought were in the policy.

Rhino worked with us on an insurance claim. This process was very different than what we were expecting and so initially you feel like you are going out on a bit of a limb. My learning through this process, which took about 9 months from start to finish, is that our insurance company put up a big front which i would describe as disingenuous. I do not believe that we could have had the outcome we ended up with if Rhino was not working on our behalf. i also do not believe that most roofing companies could have gotten anywhere near the result with our claim that Rhino got us to.

Where i believe Rhino excels is that they know insurance policies, they know building code and they know how to back Insurance companies into a corner to the point that they have no choice but to relent. Rhino worked directly with our insurance company but there were points where they asked us to demand certain rights from our insurance company and they were right on the call.

They use a payment program called IInk which worked fine but I am not a fan.

If they think that they will be able to get a good outcome on your behalf, i would have pretty good confidence that they will. I would use them again.

Rhino Public Adjusters were very easy to work with. My 92 year old mother needed to sell her house but to do so had to replace the roof which had significant damage and wear and tear.
