I am sure this will be deleted, but i had to post it. I will not use this company again. They withdrew money out of my account without my permission, and when i tried to get it straightened out they said they couldn't talk to me about it because the auto policy was on my son. My son went up there to talk to them about it and the guy said he couldn't do anything without the permission form i signed over a month ago but decided not to turn in because i didn't want anything electronically withdrawn from my account. This guy lied to my son and said he had to have that form to do anything so even after telling my son not to give him that form before he ever went went up there he gave it to him because the guy said he had to have it to straighten everything out. He took advantage of a naive young boy just so when he got the form he could say that there was nothing he could do because it was already done and he had the form giving him permission. I called the main company and even though the guy now had the form the money was withdrawn before he had the form and was not supposed to be. The guy plainly lied to and tried to take advantage of my son being naive in this stuff but come to gind out the guy didn't actually need the form and i think he was just trying to keep from returning the money. The policy is now cancelled and i am getting a full refund after talking to the main company and even though it may cost more we are going to use a different company. I do not know the name of the guy at the dexter office but i do not like him and do not trust him after what he tried to do. Thank god i am not as naive as a 19 year old boy about these things or i would just be out that money.
