Local office quick and responsive. Corporate seems to have too many people asking same questions but not recording answers so get to answer same questions when someone else is spoken to. Local office no longer notified until normal business hours. Insurance business model has changed!

With all of the automation that all processes have gone to, it's still good to have a live person to talk to when tragedy strikes. Needed help to straighten out our homeowner's claim after three old growth oak trees fell in our yard, hitting our home, crushing my car, damaging husband's truck. Could not convince folks 300 miles away over the phone and app that the trees were huge - took our agent actually seeing the massive trees down to let them know the extent of our loss. My family has used this same small town agency for three generations and we will continue to use them.
