Impressed.
The agent, Mr. Waynick, took the time, himself, to reach out to me, regarding our business insurance. He and his staff, (thank you Joshua!), ensured I received the information I requested and answered all of my questions. The office is definitely hands-on.
They were attentive to our needs, provided me with the information I was looking for, were prompt in responding to me, and did so in a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful manner.

Richard and his team are great to work with. Service is quick, they are knowledgeable, and they show a genuine care for giving their clients the best possible coverage and service.

We originally requested a quote for business insurance, but after seeing how much money we were saving by going through them, I asked for a quote for our personal policies as well. Not only was he able to increase our coverage amounts to better suit our needs, but he was still able to save us a significant amount of money.

Had them for a while maybe two years, they where super helpful to get you signed up, as well will help move drivers names around to have a lower rate, but after a few years with no change, as well we had reached out to update our Policy getting married, (Name Change) address and paid off vehicle to change title name, we reached out many times thru email and phone and this office never updated any of our information, so we had an accident and this office didn’t help out at all, was an issue trying to file claims due to name change, vehicle was not updated, then brought up to the offices attention, then day before our policy was going to cancel they called and said they are no longer allowed to insure us, very Shady, not reliable, and as well if you ever Want to talk with Richard, he is always out of office and on vacations….

I like this car insurance company, so far! I’m not gonna lie, I do have bad days.. but even so Richard is always calm and respectful. I know some people would give the same bad attitude, but he’s always nice! Cheapest monthly payments thus far! Would totally recommend!
