The team here is incredibly incompetent. I set up new insurance through a different company to start NEXT month. The people from this branch emailed me and said they needed a cancelation request emailed or faxed to them detail which coverages to end and their effective dates. I sent a detailed email outlining that I was cancelling my auto policy effective NEXT month and provided a specific March date. Especially since they already auto drafted this months payment. So what does the lady do she blatantly ignore the effective dates and cancels my auto policy effective immediately terminating my PAID FOR coverage the night of a snow storm when most accidents happen this is unbelievably unacceptable and there’s literally no excuse for it. I expect to be contacted immediately,

No follow up when an issue arises from this office, poor customer service and no solutions offered when a mistake was made. I have been with this office for years and I am not sure if the new staff understand customer service or if the people working there are simply "hired help",however,lately my experince with this office is sub par. Most of the reviews are from years ago when this was a great office. Maybe there was a change in ownership,because my experince has been not pleasant. I do not recommend this office, maybe try another as AFI is a great company,but these satelite locations need improvement.This review is from 09/ 2022!

I am very happy that I am a part of this family. I have been helped whenever needed by Kendall C Snow. Moreover, the rates were amazing with the best coverage I have ever seen.

I was with State-Farm and went to many people to get better deal and coverage from other vendors. However, AFI gave me a reason to be a part of them and leave state-farm.

I would highly recommend AFI other than any of the insurance companies. They are always helpful and available.
