Horrible experience. Quote was provided and confirmed in email, than when documents were received through mail, price was much higher than the quoted. Miriam promised home insurance as a bundle. We switched our home owner insurance and cancelled old policy with promise of discount. After two weeks of playing phone tag with Miriam and several emails stating that home was insured. We found out that it was not true and we were without coverage for over two weeks. Now since we had lapsed in coverage new insurance company is charging us more then original policy. Received new letter that our auto policy doubled because we do not have a bundle insurance. Horrible service and experience with American Family insurance and Ricky Hinojos office. Stay away!

In 2020 I got in a horrible roll over accident that I was not liable for, Ricky WAS my family's agent and would not give us any help. I had to pay for my own rental and had to get a lawyer in order to get my accident sorted out. Ricky is useless as a insurance agent.
