This CPA, Mr. Ripper, never has W-2's sent to employers by the deadline that is required by law. He keeps telling his clients that "things has come up", but he's said that the past 3 years in a row. Every single year he doesn't send W-2's out on time. Every year. It's absolutely ridiculous. Today is February 22, and after calling him, was told the W-2 was STILL not ready. A business, especially a CPA, should be giving people their W-2's by the date the law requires, but he acts like the law doesn't apply to him. If you can't do your job correctly, then just retire so someone who actually obeys the law can do it the right way!! If you're a business owner, DO NOT waste your money hiring him. He will waste your time and money, and have your employees mad at YOU for something HE'S doing!
