Bitter staff and favoritism by management. They hire people with documented disabilities to take care of people with disabilities so not only are you dealing with behaviors from clients but you are dealing with your co workers behaviors at the same time. Never experienced such a toxic workplace. The clients were very sweet it’s the management and staff that makes it all difficult.

Rise services Kingman group homes have turned into back-stabbing, back-biting, cliques as clients who run the show. Depending on who you are if you do one thing wrong you're fired or you can do nothing wrong. Instead of serving the residents everyone is self-serving there. There's very few good workers left because either they got fired because they're not part of the clique or they left because the atmosphere is so hostile.
