Took paperwork in for a quote. 14 days later, nothing, not a call, note, nothing. Total incompetence. Lost business = lost revenue. I'll stay with my current agency. Got the quote the next business day.

No communication what so ever , I had a worker's comp policy with them for four years payed a lot of money for it , it got cancelled and never receive anything telling me it was cancelled found out a year later and was trying to get Jeremy to let me know what the deal is with it and will not even return my call .
